Refund policy

As all orders are custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Very few exceptions will be considered. These may include significant damage in shipping, when a claim has been filed. Or some serious defect in our craftsmanship or deviation from order details. We do our best to make your board right so there is no need to provide a return.
