Shipping policy

Surfboards

All Surfboards will be shipped when the board(s) is complete. They ship insured and with signature required.

Order completion times and shipping times vary. We do our best to complete orders and ship as soon as is possible to get your board done properly. Any questions, please send us a message or call. 

Did your box arrived damaged?

If your box arrives damaged, you need to document the damage with photos and videos and contact us immediately. If a box is severely damages you can refuse shipment. If your board is damaged during shipping, and you help us document the damage to file a claim we will compensate you for repairs for minor issues, or replace your board with a new custom for more serious issues (will take time to rebuild your board).
